Prior posting identified this as Zamia skinneri, which is very likely wrong.  Very slow grower.  Stiff ribbed leaves.  It has a cone now,  and definitely a female.  But I waited to long, and can’t try pollenating it now.  Have to wait until I have a new cone. Some leaf miner insect has left tracks on the leaves.  Many of the new leaves look fine.
