Kaempferia rotunda ‘Asian Crocus’

Ok this is a repeat.   The flowers just came up last week.  The Kaempferia rotunda ‘Asian Crotus’  die back during the winter, and then sprout again in the spring.  They are one of the first ones to come back.  But what is really cool about them, is the first part of the plant that pops up are the flowers, with the very white petioles.  The flowers don’t last long, and later the leaves emerge.   They are sold usually as bulbs (rhimzones) over the internet.
